• March 18th: ranged data and data transformations; p-values (homework data)
• March 25th: working with count data; Fisher test and contingency tables
• April 1st: multiple hypothesis testing; non-parametric tests (screening data)
• April 8th: power calculations and experimental design
• April 15th: correlation and regression ( l06_uncorr.txt | l06_linear.txt | l06_residuals.txt )
• April 22nd: no class
• April 29th: model fitting and F-tests ( myoglobin.txt | hemoglobin.txt )
• May 6th: working with categorical data; ANOVA (puzzletime data)
• May 13th: principal components analysis
