Flow Cytometry Resource Center
Flow Cytometry Resource Center (FCRC) provides researchers with equipment and support for cell sorting, acquisition, and analysis of flow cytometric data. FCRC is equipped with two FACSAria Cell Sorters from BD Biosciences and four benchtop alignment-free multipurpose analyzers from BD Biosciences (BD LSRII-1 and LSII-2 Advanced Analyzers, and FACSCalibur-1 and -2 Basic Analyzers). Services offered include cell sorting, maintenance of all instruments, assistance with experimental design, advice on sample preparation, individualized instruction and training, consultation on data analysis and experimental troubleshooting.
