13. Vertebrate Animals
•    Complete vertebrate animal section of application.
•    Refer to Signing Off on Application with Research Animals for institutional compliance.

14. Select Agent Research
•    Contact
Lab Safety for any required approvals (CDC/USDA).
•    Describe any special facilities used for working with biohazards or other potentially dangerous substances.
•    Refer to HHS and USDA Select Agents and Toxins for listing of Select Agents.
 
15. Consortium/Contractual Arrangements
•    If applicable, explain the programmatic, fiscal, and administrative arrangements to be made between the applicant organization and the consortium organization(s).

16. Resource Sharing Plan (if applicable)
•    Data Sharing Plan.  Required for all proposals with direct costs of $500,000 or more.  See Data Sharing plan boilerplate.
•    Model Organism Sharing Plan.  Required for research involving development of unique model organisms.  See Model Organism Sharing Plan boilerplate.
•    Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS): Applicants seeking funding for research that generates large-scale human or non-human genomic data are expected to provide a plan for sharing of these data.

•    If applicable to the proposed science, briefly describe methods to ensure the identity and validity of key biological and/or chemical resources used in the proposed studies. No more than one page is suggested.
