Resources
•    Describe how the scientific environment in which the research will be done contributes to the probability of success (eg. Institutional support, physical resources, and intellectual rapport).
•    Demonstrate adequate resources, facilities, and equipment available to carry out the research.
•    Refer to shared Resources boilerplate for samples.

Other Attachments
•    Not applicable, unless specified in the Funding Opportunity Announcement.

Key Personnel
•    Provide a biographical sketch for the PD/PI (K Award Applicant).
•    Follow the supplemental instructions to the SF424 Guidelines for Preparing an Individual Research Career Development (CDA) Application ("K" Series).
•    Add (primary) mentor with biosketch, followed by any co-mentors, and then followed by any other key personnel in alphabetical order.
•    For Project Role, select “Other” and then fill in “mentor,” “co-mentor,” etc. as appropriate. 
•    Provide biosketch for each key person or Other Significant Contributor.
•    For Mentored Career Development Awards, modified Current and Pending Support pages must be submitted for the mentor and co-mentor(s), but not for the candidate. 


Budget
•    The budget requested varies based on type of K program and which NIH institute or center will receive the application.  Please work with your SPO to complete the  budget.
